WhiteBIT became the official partner of FC Barcelona
Europe’s largest cryptocurrency exchange with Ukrainian roots, WhiteBIT, announced its probably most high-profile collaboration, becoming an official partner of FC Barcelona.
The sports and blockchain leaders have signed the cooperation agreement for three seasons, from 2022 until 2025. WhiteBIT will cooperate with the main stars of one of the world’s most popular football clubs to implement a range of joint projects aimed at popularizing their advanced technological solutions.
Their collaboration will cover not only football. The exchange will also act as a global partner for the club's indoor sports ecosystem: basketball, futsal, handball, and ice hockey, including women's and junior teams.
WhiteBIT will also sponsor the club's eSports space, as they become an official partner of the Barça eSports team.
This long-awaited event is undoubtedly a big step forward for WhiteBIT. The exchange has already had sponsorship deals with a leading football club (6-time state champion Turkish Football Club Trabzonspor), and sports summits (Valencia Marathon, DreamHack festival).
Barcelona has one of the biggest fanbases in the world, with tens of millions of fans globally. The WhiteBIT logo on the jerseys of such legends as Robert Lewandowski or Sergio Busquets will inspire not only the project team, but also all Ukrainians.
