Acquisition Terms and Strategic Goals
While the deal’s financial terms remain undisclosed, the Infinite Node Foundation aims to combine museum-grade preservation with sustainable funding. The $25 million endowment will serve as a “perpetual fund,” ensuring long-term care for the collection and supporting broader initiatives in digital art.

Additionally, the foundation stated that, with its current endowment ($25 million), it is now the most well-capitalized nonprofit in the U.S. dedicated solely to digital art.

The newly formed advisory board includes:

- Wylie Aronow, co-founder and CEO of Yuga Labs
- Erick Calderon, founder of Art Blocks

Natalie Stone, current General Manager of CryptoPunks at Yuga Labs, will join the advisory board as an adviser and will oversee the transfer of assets and communication between Yuga Labs and the Infinite Node Foundation.
Market Reaction and Future Plans
Following the announcement, the floor price of CryptoPunks NFTs surged over 19% in a week (around $124,000), boosted in part by a 45% rise in ETH (CryptoPunks are minted on Ethereum).
The foundation plans to debut the first exhibition showcasing all 10,000 CryptoPunks at a dedicated venue in Palo Alto, U.S. In parallel, it will launch a global museum partnership program aimed at research sharing and international curation.
The Infinite Node Foundation views preservation, community engagement, and contextual expansion of digital art as the three pillars of a new era for NFTs.
