Hyperlane: An Overview and Airdrop Guide

Following the footsteps of Wormhole and LayerZero, which released their tokens and distributed airdrops to early adopters, Hyperlane is now stepping up as a new force in the cross-chain transfer sector. We have prepared a comprehensive guide on how to engage with Hyperlane effectively.

Hyperlane is designed as a universal platform that facilitates permissionless connections across any blockchain. According to its developers, the project is built with modularity in mind, enabling the customization and security configuration needed to meet the specific needs of each application.

In 2022, Hyperlane raised $18.5 million in investments through an initial funding round led by the venture capital firm Variant. Other investors in this round included major players like Circle, CoinFund, and Kraken Ventures.

Please note: This article is informational and not intended to incite specific actions or to serve as promotional material. It should not be used for making investment decisions. Always do your own research.

If you aim to qualify for a potential airdrop, avoid replicating the actions described below. Precise duplication of actions may result in your account being flagged in cluster analyses, which could disqualify your wallet from receiving tokens.

Before you begin, you will need an EVM-compatible wallet (such as Metamask), as well as wallets that support networks within the Cosmos ecosystem (such as Keplr) and Solana (such as Phantom). You will also need cryptocurrency for transaction fees, so ensure your wallets are funded beforehand (ETH for the Arbitrum network, BNB for the BNB Chain, SOL for Solana).

Platforms that use Hyperlane for transfers include Nexus, Ibc.fun, Merkly, Nautilus, ZeroWay, Injective Bridge, and Womex among others. With this information, you can plan your own transfer routes. Make sure not to conduct all transactions on the same day and vary the amounts of these transfers.

1. Exchange ETH for TIAn tokens on the Arbitrum network via TraderJoe.

2. Perform a cross-chain swap of TIAn tokens (from Arbitrum) to NTRN tokens (on Neutron) using ibc.fun.

3. Conduct another cross-chain exchange of NTRN (from the Neutron network) to TIA tokens (on the Celestia network) through ibc.fun.

4. Transfer ETH from the Arbitrum network to the Manta Pacific network via Merkly.

5. Transfer TIA from Celestia to Manta Pacific using Nexus. Use the SELF button to indicate the transfer is to your own wallet (though transfers to other wallets are possible).

6. Swap TIA for ETH in the Manta Pacific network through Aperture Finance.

7. Transfer ETH from the Manta Pacific network to Base using Merkly.

8. Exchange BNB for ZBC on BNB Chain via PancakeSwap.

9. Transfer ZBC from the BNB Chain to the Nautilus network via Nautilus.

10. Transfer ZBC from the Nautilus network to the Solana network via Nautilus.

11.
Transfer ZBC from Solana to BNB Chain using Nautilus.

12. Swap ZBC for BNB on BNB Chain through PancakeSwap.

13. On ZeroWay, mint NFTs by selecting the quantity and clicking the Mint button. Transfer them between networks by clicking the Bridge button—for instance, from Base to Arbitrum, from Manta Pacific to Linea, etc.

The above scenario provides just a glimpse into the potential on-chain operations within the Hyperlane project for educational purposes. You can create and adapt your own transaction routes according to your requirements.

To stay informed with the latest updates from Hyperlane, follow their social media channels (X, Discord).
