This pattern primarily applies to tokens from widely recognized and foundational projects like Optimism (OP), Arbitrum (ARB), and Uniswap (UNI). In contrast, tokens from lesser-known or trendy projects (such as Blur, Anchor Protocol, Jito, etc.) tend to reach their ATH within the first fortnight or even days. However, a few (like ParaSwap, Cow Protocol) fail to exceed their initial market price.
In essence, tokens associated with large-scale, well-supported projects, such as prominent L2 blockchains or DEXs, are advised to be held for a minimum of two weeks. Conversely, tokens from more obscure, speculative, or NFT-centric projects might be best sold immediately or after a brief holding period of a few days.
