Poland Probes OpenAI’s ChatGPT Over Data Handling
Poland’s Office for Personal Data Protection has launched an investigation following a complaint against OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

An unidentified complainant has alleged that the company processes data in a manner that is “unlawful and unreliable.”
“The case concerns the violation of many provisions on the protection of personal data, which is why we will ask Open AI to answer a number of questions in order to be able to thoroughly conduct administrative proceedings,” said president of the data protection office, Jan Nowak.
