BIS Introduces a Bitcoin Monitoring System
The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) has unveiled a prototype tool called Atlas, designed to monitor Bitcoin transactions with the intent of gathering more detailed insights on its users.

This system extracts data directly from the blockchain and other public sources, affording a glimpse into the activities of some BTC users and their transactions.
Nevertheless, it's worth noting that Atlas can't offer a complete view of all users because numerous wallets have never engaged with centralized exchanges or services.
