Valkyrie Investments has recently submitted an updated application to register their spot Bitcoin ETF, cleverly named BRRR (emulating the sound of a money-counting machine).
This ETF allows investors to purchase regular shares backed by Bitcoin.
Observing the consistent changes in these applications, one could deduce that there is an ongoing constructive dialogue between investment firms and the SEC. This dialogue might indeed lead to the approval of spot ETFs.
It's worth noting that the SEC is scheduled to make decisions on various applications by January 2024.
