The US Federal Reserve intends to sue popular cryptocurrency magazine
Bitcoin Magazine for selling merchandise parodying the recently launched
FedNow payment system.
FedNow
representatives believe that the use of the registered FedNow trademark
without authorization misleads consumers, so they demand to stop
selling such goods.
However,
Bitcoin Magazine refused to comply with this demand and published an
open letter in defense of the right to sell such products.
