The Aragon token holders, reacting to the termination of the Aragon Association, has voted for a collective lawsuit against the project's founders.
The contentious issue involves the discontinuation of the ANT governance token, which lacked community backing.
The Aragon Association's executives had put forward a specific plan that would enable users to buy back their assets. Nevertheless, the community alleges that the developers are attempting to keep over $50 million for themselves based on the proposed course of action.
In response, DAO Aragon has dedicated 300,000 USDC to legal proceedings and selected Patagon Management for legal support.“The Aragon team have no basis to block this, any excuses they use are hollow,” Patagon representatives stated.
