The CEO of Franklin Templeton Investments, Jenny Johnson, disclosed that she has made personal investments in Bitcoin as well as several altcoins, including Uniswap and SushiSwap.
Nonetheless, she suggests that other investors might want to wait for the launch of a Bitcoin ETF, while also considering the possible regulatory limitations from the U.S. government should Bitcoin gain substantial traction in the economy.
“I can tell you, if bitcoin ever became so big that it became a threat to the U.S. dollar as the reserve currency, the U.S. would limit … the use of bitcoin,” Jenny remarked.
