At the World Digital Mining Summit, Chinese mining hardware manufacturer Bitmain unveiled its latest Antminer S21XP models.
The base model, S21XP, boasts a hashrate capacity of 270 TH/s at an energy efficiency of 13.5 J/T. In high-power mode, this model can reach a hash rate of 380 TH/s, albeit with lower energy efficiency.
In addition to the base S21XP, Bitmain will also release the hydro-cooling model S21XP Hydro. According to the specifications, the Hydro model will achieve a hash rate of 473 TH/s at an energy efficiency of 12.7 J/TH.
At an electricity cost of $0.07 per kWh, operating the base S21XP model will cost $22.68 per PH/s, which is 57% of the current network reward of $53 per PH/s.
