The tower will provide approximately 14,000 square meters of leasable space. Alongside office floors, it will include three levels dedicated to investment firms and blockchain incubators, as well as a floor focused on artificial intelligence innovation.
Additional highlights include a spacious open area for hosting crypto events, a dedicated leisure zone, and a secure vault for storing valuable items.
By combining blockchain technology with real-world construction in Dubai's DMCC, we're creating a physical tower that serves as a central hub for the crypto community. Every expense is on-chain, setting a new standard for transparency in the industry,
Brenda Stratton, Communications Director, REIT Development, added.
Dubai continues to cement its reputation as a global hub for cryptocurrency innovation and a preferred destination for high-net-worth crypto enthusiasts. The city also hosted Token2049, one of Asia’s largest and most highly anticipated crypto conferences.
