highlighting that access to US customers is a privilege, not a right.
The CFTC
plans to vigorously pursue crypto exchanges violating trade laws,
including those attempting to circumvent KYC rules through methods such
as VPNs, etc.

affirming their commitment to pursuing non-US entities.
