JPMorgan, the banking conglomerate, has expressed a positive view on Binance's decision to settle claims by paying a $4.3 billion fine to American law enforcement.
Company analysts believe that this settlement will enhance trading activities on the platform and effectively mitigate the risk of a ‘black swan' event that could potentially lead to Binance's insolvency.
“We see the prospect of settlement as positive as uncertainty around Binance itself would subside and its trading and BNB Smart Chain business would benefit,” reported analysts at JPMorgan.
