Luxury SBF planes can now be confiscated
The U.S. Department of Justice has announced that, with an official legal case launched against the founder of FTX, the government now has the authority to seize two private planes belonging to the billionaire.

Previously, Sam acquired them through loans from his own bankrupted exchange, leading officials to deem the purchase entirely fraudulent and illegal.
However, FTX contends that the former CEO never received any such loans documented, thereby asserting that the aircraft are company assets.
Evidently, the fate of these flying machines will be determined by the courts.
