services for its retail clients by the end of January 2024. This
initiative will be implemented using the crypto application Bitpanda.
“The experience will be familiar, so confirming a trade will work
exactly like an account-to-account bank transfer with the same sort of
security customers are used to,” said a bank spokesperson.
Curt
Chadha, the bank's Head of Strategy & Innovation, noted that this
new feature targets smaller investors, differentiating from services
typically aimed at affluent or institutional traders.
