Stablecoins are once again available in Canada
The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) have released preliminary rules for cryptocurrency platforms that allow the use of stablecoins under certain conditions.

Among the key requirements are mandatory public disclosure of issuer's stablecoin reserves and the use of qualified custodial services.
