“Blockchain can securely protect state registries, enhance transparency, and reduce corruption in state-administered institutions. Registry security means state security,” Parkhomenko states.
She also highlighted blockchain’s role in documenting russian war crimes in Ukraine.
“We're collaborating with experts to explore global best practices in public sector blockchain use and developing our strategy for implementing Web3 technologies in Ukraine,” she adds.
