Turkey’s crypto industry kicked off 2025 with a significant announcement: WhiteBIT TR and Misyon Bank, Turkey’s first neo-bank, have joined forces in a strategic partnership. The collaboration seeks to expand Misyon Bank’s presence in Europe while bolstering its position as a key player in digital finance.
This marks the third large-scale global partnership undertaken by WhiteBIT TR in the digital assets sector.
The partnership between MisyonTech, a division of Misyon Bank, and WhiteBIT TR will see the exchange providing liquidity for trading key cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT, and AVAX. This collaboration strengthens Turkey’s first digital asset platform, which also facilitates tokenization services.
According to Emre Yetişkin, Chairman of WhiteBIT TR, Misyon Bank is the first institution in Turkey licensed to deliver both custodial and platform services in the crypto space. He also highlighted the country’s dominance in stablecoin trading across the region.
Muhammet Cerit, CEO of MisyonTech, stated that Turkey leads Europe in cryptocurrency ownership and is making significant strides in expanding across Africa and the Middle East. The collaboration with WhiteBIT TR serves as a stepping stone for attracting investment from Europe.
Since entering the Turkish market in 2022, WhiteBIT TR has been dedicated to building a robust crypto ecosystem and driving corporate adoption of digital assets.
