Deleted user data enters a ‘freeze' state for six months to prevent fraud via re-registration before being irrevocably removed. Individuals have the option for immediate iris re-scanning post-data deletion.
The introduction of age verification extends from the app to the iris scanning process, with personal verification methods in place. The company commits to intensifying age verification measures around their Orbs (scanning devices), with verifications conducted by external personnel, ensuring no data retention.
