Curly Sam could be banned from social media
U.S. Attorneys want to restrict FTX founder and ex-CEO Sam Bankman-Fried access to encrypted messaging services (including Signal) and bar communication with FTX and Alameda employees.

That request was made after Bankman-Fried had reached out to Ryne Miller, the General Counsel of FTX US, over Signal and email on Jan. 15. According to court documents, SBF was attempting to “influence” Miller’s testimony.
According to Sam, he just wanted to “reconnect and see if there’s a way for us to have a constructive relationship, use each other as resources when possible, or at least vet things with each other.”
Obviously, his intentions were pure. It is the court who misunderstood the situation.
