FBI & Allies Warn of ‘Infamous Chisel’ Malware
A joint advisory from the U.S. NSA, CISA, FBI, and the UK’s NCSC warns of a new malware, “Infamous Chisel”, targeting crypto wallets and exchanges.

Linked to Russia's military intelligence agency, GRU's Sandworm unit, the malware targets Android devices, especially in the Ukrainian military. It extracts data from Binance, Coinbase, and Trust Wallet directories.
Despite its potent threat, the malware doesn't conceal its malicious activity, possibly due to Android's limited host-based detection systems.
