French crypto bloggers face demotion to regular bloggers
French lawmakers have proposed a new law that would restrict the rights of influencers who are not registered with the Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This could mean that such bloggers may no longer be allowed to promote cryptocurrency projects.

A proposed law to “fight against scams and abuses by influencers on social networks” will be examined in session at the National Assembly on March 27. According to local media reports, the new bill has already received the government’s support.
