OpenSea Insider Trader Chooses to Begin Prison Sentence
Nathaniel Chastain, a former OpenSea product manager, who was sentenced to three months in prison for insider trading, has decided to commence his sentence while his appeal is pending.

Chastain’s legal team submitted a letter to a New York District Court on September 6, notifying the judge of his decision to forgo bail while awaiting appeal.
Consequently, Chastain will voluntarily surrender by November 2 to initiate his sentence, all while his appeal progresses.
