Vitalik started admitting mistakes with increasing frequency. In 2018, he was very optimistic about Bitcoin Cash (BCH). And only 2 years later, he admitted that the project was doomed to failure because of the chaos in its crypto community.
Well, let's wait another couple of years for him to perform penance for the Ethereum centralization.
