37xDubai: NFT art gallery in the heart of Dubai
Morningstar Ventures is no stranger to the world of investing. However, 37xDubai is the blockchain and digital asset company’s most ambitious project to date.
Morningstar Ventures has invested $5 million in the immersive and interactive digital art gallery. It is located in the elite tower complex Burj Daman on the territory of the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC).

37xDubai is the result of a collaboration between the founders of Morningstar Ventures and Clemence Cazeau, the gallery's CEO. She was the one who pitched the idea of an innovative space that is radically different from traditional exhibition centers to investors.
It should be noted that Cazeau is not only interested in NFTs and all things related to technology but has also previously worked in the art field and auction houses. The CEO of 37xDubai greatly benefited from the priceless experience she had gained in the past when looking for funding sources and implementing the project.
