ElmonX Releases NFTs for the Royal Couple’s Wedding Anniversary
To commemorate the 12th anniversary of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding, digital artist Zoobs and art platform ElmonX have released exclusive NFTs called “God Save the Future Queen” and “King of Pop”.

Unique art collectibles have a decade-long history. In 2011, British artist Zoobs Ansari, who has Pakistani roots, created two original works using mixed technique. These works featured Prince William and Kate Middleton as the main characters. Titled “King of Pop” and “God Save the Future Queen,” the works were created using a tree as their foundation. The paintings, measuring 48×36 cm, showcased digital images, inscriptions in Zoobs' signature color scheme, and elegant Victorian-style frames as key elements.

Zoobs Ansari's artworks were displayed at a gallery in London and attracted media attention. Each of the paintings was later purchased by the fashion brand Dolce & Gabbana for more than £20,000 each. “King of Pop” and “God Save the Future Queen” decorated the company's men's clothing store and remained a bright addition to its interior for seven years.
After 12 years since the physical paintings were created, Zoobs, together with ElmonX, released digital art pieces to mark the anniversary of the Prince and Princess of Wales' wedding. The public sale of the works started on April 29 and ended on May 2.

Zoobs Ansari's art aficionados and followers of the British Royal Family could choose between two exceptional options for King of Pop and God Save the Future Queen:
- The original NFTs were available for £93 each (limited to 333 Kings of Pop and Future Queens);
- The Artist Proof NFTs were priced at £1000 apiece and come with an authentication of the artist's authorship. This exclusive offer provides buyers with the opportunity to own a limited edition physical work of art created by Zoobs. The pieces are printed on thick, matte paper made of 100% cotton, specifically designed for inkjet printing, and personally signed by the artist. They will be shipped free of charge to buyers within three weeks to any destination worldwide.

The collection is now displayed on the website elmonxplus.com, with each user eligible to claim up to three original NFTs or one Artist Proof. Furthermore, holders of digital artworks by the French photographer Cécile Plaisance were also offered the opportunity to obtain a coveted spot on the whitelist and receive one original NFT.
Zoobs' NFT owners can access an augmented reality experience of “King of Pop” and “God Save the Future Queen” using their mobile devices or PCs. To do so, they only need to connect their crypto wallet to elmonx.com.
Zoobs' NFTs also serve charities. The art platform ElmonX will plant one tree for each digital artwork sold and donate 1450 meals to underprivileged schoolchildren. This is part of a collaboration with The Felix Project organization.
